Port Colborne, ON Names New Fire Chief and Deputy Fire Chief
Stan Double has been named the new Fire Chief for the City of Port Colborne, Ontario.
Chief Double began his career with the Hamilton, Ontario Fire Department in 1990, progressing through the ranks as Captain, District Chief, and Platoon Chief.
Chief Double will be joined by another new appointment in Port Colborne, that of Deputy Chief Mark Middleton, who began his career some 36 years ago with the Stoney Creek Fire Department until it was amalgamated with the City of Hamilton in 2000, Deputy Middleton where Deputy Middleton has been a Platoon Chief for the last eight years.
